“If the state is already not doing a good job of regulating and enforcing this control over radioactive waste of 5 picocuries, then how is their ability to regulate again going to be increased by increasing the amount of radioactive waste allowed.” says Dakota Resource Council Board Member Marie Hoff of Bismarck. “I don’t believe that people of North Dakota are really going to be happy with this when they find out.”
