Bill to Audit Health Department & Dept. of Mineral Resource Up for Hearing on February 5

Bill to Audit Health Department & Dept. of Mineral Resource Up for Hearing on February 5

A bill that would require a performance audit on the North Dakota State Health Department and the Oil and Gas Division is up for a public hearing, this Thursday, February 5 at 9:30 a.m. in the Prairie Room of the N.D. Capitol building.

Before the legislative session began, DRC members created a petition (CLICK HERE to sign the petition) calling for an audit of the Oil and Gas Division of the North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources and the North Dakota Department of Health.

We encourage everyone to attend this hearing.  This is when we need our membership and other concerned North Dakotans to attend and let our state government know that this bill needs to pass.
