The North Dakota Industrial Commission has instructed Department of Mineral Resources

Director Lynn Helms to schedule a public hearing on the volatility of Bakken crude. Bakken

crude has shown to be more explosive than other crudes being extracted in the rest of the country.

This is your opportunity to demand safety before the bottom line!

Public comments are being accepted during the hearing, and in written form. We encourage

you to attend our media training to prepare for the hearing. This is a critical opportunity to

stand on the front line with our friends and family in the Bakken who live too far to be expected to attend this hearing.
