Bakken Today (Forum News Service), October 22.  “UPDATED: Judge denies legal challenge to PSC campaign contributions.” Quotes DRC chair Linda Weiss. While the judge ruled PSC commissioners’ campaign gifts from coal interests legal, he said they “raised legitimate concerns.”
