Farmers Union petition approved

Secretary of State Al Jaeger approved a petition initiated by North Dakota Farmers Union to reject recently passed corporate farming exemptions.

Farmers Union needs 13,452 qualified signatures by midnight June 18 to bring it to a vote on the June 14, 2016 ballot.
