April 7 (Bloomberg) — Russell Rankin, a regional manager for Statoil ASA, and Craig Dvirnak and Theodora Bird Bear, residents of western North Dakota, talk with Bloomberg’s Jennifer Oldham about the practice by energy companies of flaring natural gas from oil wells.
